- Study Abroad Application Form
- Parental Consent Form
- Student Guarantee
- At least one recommendation letter from a teacher in English or Japanese
- One copy of student reading plan in Chinese and Japanese (Japanese school)/Korean (Korean school), English can also be substituted for Japanese/Korean, the number of words is 500~1,500 words
- Academic transcripts over the years, one in Chinese and one in English
- Proof of language proficiency
- Other favorable written review materials (such as portfolio, award-winning record, special performance in A4, within 15 pages)
