This PhD program has been approved by the Ministry of Education in 2022 and is now starting its recruitment process for the School Year 2023/2024.
After launching our PhD program, we are now able to offer four types of degree programs, including Bachelor’s, Master’s, Professional Master’s, and PhD.
Our Department has 11 full-time faculty, all of whom hold doctoral degrees from prestigious universities in Taiwan and the rest of the world. Currently we have six professors, four associate professors, and one assistant professor. Our staff has extensive experience in research, teaching, and practice. Notably, we also have a few part-time lecturers, who contribute by offering their highly-skilled professional experience. Combined with our research endeavors, this allows us to be on track with the latest trends in both the marketplace and academia.
The central focus of our Department lies in urban planning, disaster prevention and spatial analysis. In these areas of study, we are indeed the best option in Taiwan for undergraduate, master’s, professional master’s, or PhD studies.
